SAMARA

Samara is one of the largest Russian cities. Its history is closely connected with the history of the Russian state.
Samara (former name - Kuibyshev) is a port situated on the left bank of the Volga River. The city was founded in 1586 as a small fortress. Thanks to the development of trade and industries, Samara expanded and grew rich. Nowadays it can be called an open-air architectural museum.
Today it is a big industrial and scientific center with great cultural traditions, located in a region with wonderful environment. The Zhiguli Mountains are the most ancient in the Volga region. In the national park, Samarskaya Luka, many endemic and relic plants and rare animals have been preserved.

 

ROSSIA HOTEL
